Do you have any liability insurance?
Not yet, since we haven't officially launched—but before we open for
business, we will be fully insured up to $2 million, so you're covered in the
event anything goes wrong.

Myrtle Beach itself, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Conway, Little River, and
more! If you live within 5-10 miles of Myrtle Beach, we will gladly service you!
Do you focus only on residential properties, or do you also service small
businesses?
We focus on properties and businesses of all shapes and size.
How do you determine if a job is billed at a flat rate versus your $75/hour
on-site support rate?
Using an algorithm of the job and the total work that will be needed. Generally, we
will use a flat rate for more pre-determined jobs, like our PC builds & mesh setup builds.
Does the $125 starting price for Custom Desktop PC Assembly include any
hardware, or is that labor only?
Generally, the flat rate is labor. However, we may charge more for thermal paste,
any broken parts, or parts that simply do not work together. We will try and hold ourselves to
around the standard $125, however.
What exactly is included in the $80 PC Deep Clean and Optimization service?
Included, is a lot. We will optimize your PC to make it back to peak performance,
or atleast as peak as we can physically get it. For the deep clean, we will clean the fans, any
dust, and optionally repaste your CPU.
Do you mount outdoor smart home cameras, or do you strictly handle indoor
cameras and doorbells?
Yes, we will eventually do outdoor cameras, but for now, while we are working on
finding the best camera solutions, we only handle indoor cameras / doorbell cameras.
If you set up a Whole-Home Mesh System, will you also connect all of my
personal devices to the new network?
While EVERY device can be a bit much, we will connect as many as
possible within a reasonable timeframe, allowing you, the customer, to learn and be able to connect
the rest and any future devices you will utilize.
Can you run custom Ethernet wiring through the walls of an older home?
Yes. Older homes can take a bit more time depending on wall type and
attic/crawlspace
access, but in most cases we can get Ethernet run cleanly without major drywall damage.
What does a "Complete Network Infrastructure Planning" process look like for a
small business?
We will use information given by you and information we collect to plan a 3-5 year
roadmap, with your estimated traffic, to see the best total need, even if that means going slightly
overboard, to ensure the best possible experience for you, your workers, and your customers.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support after you install a new network?
Yes, if anything breaks or doesn't work the way you want it, just give us a call
and we will come out to fix whatever the issue is, and restore it to its prior abilities. We always
attempt to help our customers to the best of our ability.
